Update

On October 1, 2009, a jury in the United States District Court, Brunswick Division, returned a verdict in the amount of $150 million dollars in favor of Douglas Asphalt Company and its owners, Joel Spivey and Kyle Spivey. Douglas Asphalt was represented by Brent J. Savage of Savage, Turner, Pinckney & Madison, and Kenneth Futch of Waycross, GA.
